            Send Engage Campaigns to Multiple Leads or Contacts

            Engage Campaigns let you send targeted emails to groups of leads and contacts, and then track engagement metrics from Salesforce.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All editions with Sales Emails and Alerts
            User Permissions Needed
            To send Engage Campaigns: Account Engagement Sales role or higher
            1. In Salesforce, navigate to your lead or contact list.
            2. Select your recipients, and click Send Engage Emails.
            3. (Optional) If Send on Behalf Of is enabled, select a sender in the From dropdown.
            4. Compose your email, and send when finished.
