            Set Prospect Fields to Validate on Import

            To validate prospect fields on import, enable and add predefined values to each field you want to validate.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To configure prospect fields: Account Engagement Administrator role
            1. Edit the prospect field.
            2. Select Use predefined values (for checkboxes, radio buttons, drop downs, and multi-selects).
            3. Select Validate this field on import.
            4. In the Values section, add your predefined values.
            5. Save the field.
