          Limit the Number of Prospects That a User Can Work With

          An Account Engagement admin can set security limits on a per-user basis to limit the number of prospects that a user can import, export, or send a list email to.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To set user security limits: Account Engagement Administrator role
          1. Open the user record that you want to work with.
          2. Click Edit user.
          3. Scroll to Security Limits, and select the limits that you want to set. The minimum value is 1, and there’s no maximum.

          Repeat this process for each user that you want to limit.
