          Let Users Edit List Membership in Salesforce

          Users can add and remove leads and contacts from CRM-visible, Account Engagement segmentation lists without leaving Salesforce.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To customize page layouts: Customize Application
          To change connector settings: Account Engagement Administrator role
          To edit Account Engagement list settings: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role
          1. In Salesforce, make sure that the Prospect List Membership Visualforce page is available on lead and contact page layouts.
          2. Open the Salesforce Connector page.
            • In Account Engagement, select Admin and then select Connectors. Click gear icon next to the Salesforce Connector, and select Edit.
            • In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings and then Connectors. Click gear icon next to the Salesforce connector, and select Edit Settings.
          3. Select Automatically create prospects if they are created as a Lead or Contact in Salesforce.
          4. If your business unit doesn’t allow multiple prospects with the same email address, select Allow editing of Prospect Lists within the CRM.
            If your business unit allows multiple prospects with the same email address, skip this step.
          5. Save your changes.
          6. For each segmentation list that you want to make available in Salesforce, edit the list and select CRM Visible.
