Map a Checkbox Field to a Salesforce Multi-Select Field
You can map a checkbox field from Account Engagement to a Salesforce picklist
(multi-select) field. If you edit an existing Account Engagement custom field or manually enter
the values, make sure that the values match exactly in both systems.

You can’t map an Account Engagement multi-select field to Salesforce checkboxes. They have
different field types and don’t sync.
Edit the prospect field.
From the Salesforce Field Name dropdown, select the name of the Salesforce field. The type
and values automatically populate in the checkbox field.
Deselect Keep this field’s type and possible values (for dropdowns, radio
buttons, checkboxes) in sync with the CRM.
Set the sync behavior.
Change the type to Checkbox.
Add or edit the values. Make sure that they match your Salesforce field’s values
exactly.
Save the field.
