Account Engagement AppExchange Package Field Definitions
The Account Engagement (Pardot) package adds fields to your Salesforce org. You can view the Account Engagement fields by navigating to Installed Packages in Setup.

| ObjectChangeLog - doesn’t apply to business units with Marketing Data Sharing | Sends important indicators for some CRM-based events, such as record creation or deletion. |
| Pardot Campaign | Represents the first marketing touchpoint with a prospect. The campaign can be associated with your website, landing page, paid search initiative, or any other marketing effort. Prospects can be associated with only one Account Engagement campaign. You can change the campaign value manually or with an automation rule or completion action. |
| Pardot Score | A calculation based on implicit buying signals that a lead demonstrates through activities and responses to your marketing efforts. The higher the score, the more active the lead has been. A combination of Score (implicit buying signals) and Grade (explicit factors) helps you prioritize your prospects. You can’t edit a score in Salesforce. |
| Pardot URL | A link to the prospect record, where you can view the prospect’s complete activity history. The URL is generated in Account Engagement, and you can’t edit it in Salesforce. |
| Pardot Last Activity | The date and time of the most recent interaction that the prospect had with your marketing assets. |
| Pardot First Activity | The date and time of the first interaction that the prospect had with your marketing assets. |
| Pardot Conversion Date | The date and time of the form, form handler, or landing page submission when an anonymous visitor first became a known prospect. |
| Pardot Comments | Field for a prospect to provide comments. |
| Pardot Notes | Field for users to add notes for internal use. |
| Pardot Conversion Object Name | The marketing asset on which an anonymous visitor converted to a known prospect. |
| Pardot Conversion Object Type | The type of marketing asset (form, form handler, or landing page) on which an anonymous visitor converted to a known prospect. |
| Send Pardot Email | Sends the lead or contact a tracked email from within Salesforce. Sends a marketing email to the selected recipient. You can select from email content and email templates. template. |
| Pardot Grade | A calculation based on how well a prospect fits your organization’s ideal customer profile. Factors such as company size, industry, and job title determine this value. A combination of Score (implicit buying signals) and Grade (explicit factors) helps you prioritize your prospects. You can’t edit a grade in Salesforce. |
| Pardot First Referrer | The value of the referrer for the first tracked request made by a prospect. |
| Pardot First Referrer Type | If a prospect’s first touch was the result of a search, the type of search conducted. |
| Pardot First Referrer Query | If a prospect’s first touch was the result of a search, the term searched on. |
| Pardot Created Date | The date and time when the prospect record was created. |
| Send to Prospect Insight/Send to Pardot | Sends the lead or contact to Account Engagement. Clicking this button syncs the Salesforce record with the prospect record and updates the prospect in Account Engagement. |
| Pardot Hard Bounced | When an email to a lead or contact’s corresponding prospect hard-bounces, this field is true. |
