Add Account Engagement Data to Person Account Layouts
To use person accounts with Account Engagement, add a few components to your person account page layouts.
- Follow the steps in Show Account Engagement Data in Salesforce, but add the elements to your person account page layouts instead of lead and contact layouts.
- Follow the steps in Add the Send to Account Engagement Button to Person Account Records.
- Follow the steps in Create the Send Account Engagement Email Button for Person Accounts.
