You can send Account Engagement emails from any Salesforce user associated with a prospect record by creating a custom field.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
To create custom fields in Salesforce: Customize Application
To create fields and users in Account Engagement: Account Engagement Administrator role
          1. In Salesforce, create a lookup field for the lead and contact objects. From the Related to dropdown, select User.
          2. Map the lead and contact field.
          3. In Account Engagement Settings, create a field.
            1. In the Salesforce Field Name dropdown, select the field you created in Salesforce.
            2. For the field type, select CRM User.
          4. Connect the Salesforce user to the corresponding Account Engagement user.

The user is synced from the mapped Salesforce lookup field and populates the CRM User field on the related prospect records. You can now select a CRM user as the sender for list emails.
