You can add two custom actions to lead and contact pages: Send to Account Engagement
and Send Account Engagement Email. To sync Salesforce leads or contacts with prospects in Account Engagement, use the Send to Account Engagement button. By using the
Send Account Engagement Email button, Salesforce users who are assigned the Account Engagement permission set can send a tracked email from
Salesforce.

To customize page layouts:
Customize Application
To use the Send to Account Engagement button, a user must be SSO-enabled.
Open a lead or contact page layout for editing.
In the editor, find the button to add.
In Lightning Experience, open the Mobile & Lightning Actions section.
In Salesforce Classic, open the Buttons section.
Drag the Send to Account Engagement button and Send
Account Engagement Email button into the corresponding section of the
page.
Save your work.
Repeat these steps for each lead and contact page layout.
