Assign the Connector User Permission Set
After the Account Engagement package is installed in your Salesforce org, you grant the connector user the Account Engagement Connector User permission set.

Before you begin, make sure that the connector user has these permissions:
Apply the Account Engagement Connector User permission set only to your Account Engagement connector user. Don’t assign the Engage permission set from this page. The Engage permission is assigned from the licensing page.
