Each time Account Engagement accesses data with the Salesforce API, it’s considered a call. Many actions trigger an API call, including individual user activities, system and CRM actions, and data syncing.
Although Account Engagement API calls are tracked in the API Calls Made Within the Last 7 Days report in Salesforce, they don’t count toward your Salesforce API limit. You can monitor API usage in your Salesforce System Overview.
If you sync a lot of records at once, they’re batched to reduce the number of calls.
