          Integrate Account Engagement with Salesforce Queues

          To use Account Engagement for lead assignment without disrupting your existing workflow, integrate it with Salesforce lead queues.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To integrate queues: Account Engagement Administrator role
          1. Open the Users page. Select Admin (Account Engagement Settings in the Lightning app), and then User Management | Users.
          2. Scroll to the Queues table, and click + Add Queue.
          3. Select a queue from the dropdown.

          Assign prospects to queues, just like you assign them to users or groups. After the lead is assigned in Salesforce, the new owner syncs back to the Account Engagement record.
