Install Engage Alerts Desktop

Engage Alerts Desktop lets users get real-time lead and contact activity notifications right from their desktop. It works exactly like Sales Emails and Alerts in browsers, with the benefit of pop-up notifications.

1. 

   Note Salesforce Engage is now known as Sales Emails and Alerts. You can expect to see the previous name in a few places until we replace it, including in the app itself.
   From the Engage Sales Tools page in Salesforce, download Engage Alerts Desktop.
   

   Note If you can’t find the Engage Sales Tools page, contact your Salesforce admin.
2. Install the downloaded file.
3. Open the app, and click Log in with Salesforce.
4. Log in with your Salesforce credentials.
