          Note
Note Salesforce Engage is now known as Sales Emails and Alerts. You can expect to see the previous name in a few places until we replace it, including in the app itself.
          1. Open the settings for your business unit.
            • In Account Engagement, click gear icon and then select Settings.
            • In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings.
          2. Click Edit, and expand Sales Emails and Alerts.
          3. Select Exclude opted-out prospects from 1:1 Engage emails sent from Salesforce.
          4. Save your work.
