Account Engagement Administrator role
NoteSalesforce Engage is now known as Sales Emails
and Alerts. You can expect to see the previous name in a few
places until we replace it, including in the app
itself.
Open the settings for your business unit.
In Account Engagement, click and then select
Settings.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement
Settings.
Click Edit, and then click Sales Emails and Alerts to expand the
section.
In the Email Template Options section, select the template options that you want to allow
for Sales Emails and Alerts users.
If you allow Lightning templates, you can choose templates from a public folder, the
user’s private folder, or select specific folders.
To require a template, select Set a default template for Engage
emails and then select a template.
Save your changes.
