          Copy a User Role

          You can base a custom user role on an existing custom or default role by cloning the role and making changes.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Account Engagement Advanced Edition Available for an additional cost in: Account Engagement Plus Edition
          User Permissions Needed
          To create a custom role: Account Engagement Administrator role
          1. Select Admin (Account Engagement Settings in the Lightning app), and then User Management | Roles.
          2. Find the role you want to copy, and click Copy.
          3. Name the role
          4. Edit the role’s abilities.
          5. When finished, save the role.
