          Create a Custom User Role

          Admins can create custom roles. If you want to modify a few permissions for a default role, it’s quicker to copy and edit the role.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Account Engagement Advanced Edition Available for an additional cost in: Account Engagement Plus Edition
          User Permissions Needed
          To create a custom role: Account Engagement Administrator role
          1. Select Admin (Account Engagement Settings in the Lightning app), and then User Management | Roles.
          2. Click +Add Custom Role.
          3. Name the role.
          4. Select abilities for the role.
          5. Save the role.
