            Custom User Roles

            You can create a custom role to provide specific permissions to users. You can create a role from scratch or clone a default role and modify the permissions.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Account Engagement Plus, Advanced, and Premium Editions
            • Create a Custom User Role
              Admins can create custom roles. If you want to modify a few permissions for a default role, it’s quicker to copy and edit the role.
            • Copy a User Role
              You can base a custom user role on an existing custom or default role by cloning the role and making changes.
