Reassign Prospects in Account Engagement

You can change lead assignments in Salesforce. If needed, you can also reassign prospects from a user’s record in Account Engagement.

1. Open the Users page. Select Admin (Account Engagement Settings in the Lightning app), and then User Management | Users.
2. Open the user record that you want to work with.
3. Click the action dropdown list and select Assign prospects to a different user.
4. Select a user, and click Assign all prospects.
