Delete a User in Account Engagement
If you don’t use Salesforce User Sync to manage users, you can disable Salesforce single sign-on and delete a user in Account Engagement. Deleting a user archives them in the recycle bin.
Before you delete a user, review their user record to see their prospect assignment and where they’re used in automations. Here are a few things to do before you delete a user.
- In Account Engagement Settings, reassign product and service notifications that go to the user.
- Edit automation rules and completion actions that include the user.
- Reassign prospects assigned to the user.
- Open the Users page. Select Admin (Account Engagement Settings in the Lightning app), and then .
- Open the user record that you want to work with.
- Click the actions dropdown list and select Delete.
