Delete a User in Account Engagement

Delete a User in Account Engagement

If you don’t use Salesforce User Sync to manage users, you can disable Salesforce single sign-on and delete a user in Account Engagement. Deleting a user archives them in the recycle bin.

Before you delete a user, review their user record to see their prospect assignment and where they’re used in automations. Here are a few things to do before you delete a user.

          • In Account Engagement Settings, reassign product and service notifications that go to the user.
          • Edit automation rules and completion actions that include the user.
          • Reassign prospects assigned to the user.
          1. Open the Users page. Select Admin (Account Engagement Settings in the Lightning app), and then User Management | Users.
          2. Open the user record that you want to work with.
          3. Click the actions dropdown list and select Delete.
