Admins can create and manage users, who can manage some of their own settings and
preferences. Logging into Account Engagement requires Salesforce single sign-on (SSO). To simplify
user management and transfer it to Salesforce, we recommend setting up Salesforce User
Sync.
Required Editions

Engagement Editions
Create Account Engagement Users If you don’t use Salesforce User Sync to manage users, you can create users in Account Engagement. To access the app, users must be linked to a Salesforce user and have Salesforce single sign-on (SSO) enabled. Before you add Account Engagement users, verify that they have Salesforce credentials.
Account Engagement User Roles A user role defines which features and data a user has access. Choose a default or custom role when you create a user.
Import Users You can create or update up to 50 users at once by importing a CSV file.
Create a User Group for Round-Robin Assignments Use groups for round-robin lead assignment. When you assign a prospect to a group, the prospect is assigned to a group member, equally distributing leads.
Reassign Prospects in Account Engagement You can change lead assignments in Salesforce. If needed, you can also reassign prospects from a user’s record in Account Engagement.
Delete a User in Account Engagement If you don’t use Salesforce User Sync to manage users, you can disable Salesforce single sign-on and delete a user in Account Engagement. Deleting a user archives them in the recycle bin.
Change Your Language and Locale To use Account Engagement in a different language, update your personal language and locale settings. Admins can change language and locale at the account level.
Update Your User Profile Most users can update their own personal information and email preferences on the My Profile page. Only an admin can update a Sales user’s profile or change a user’s role.
Email Signatures Users can create custom email signatures for their newsletters and automated emails. Admins can customize signatures for any user.
User Email Preferences Account Engagement sends notifications for some prospect activities, inactive automations, and search marketing reports. A user’s email preferences control which notification emails are sent.
