          Personalize Account Engagement Emails with Variable Tags

          With variable tags, you can use content from your prospect records to personalize your emails and insert standard company information in email templates. Variable tags are part of a legacy merge language and aren’t available in business units created after June 12, 2020.

          • Variable Tags
            Account Engagement variable tags represent information about your prospects, Account Engagement users, and your business unit. Variable tags are part of a legacy merge language and aren’t available in business units created after June 12, 2020.
          • Variable Tag Modifiers
            A modifier is a string added to a prospect field variable tag that tells the system how to format the output. You can also use a modifier to protect your embedded data and ensure that it’s inserted properly.
