Use the View Online link to provide an online version of your email that your recipients can view in their browser.

When adding a View Online link, keep these considerations in mind:

When a prospect clicks the View Online link, the variable tags are populated with the values that are in the prospect’s record when the link is clicked.
The web version displays the HTML version of the email message, even if the prospect received the text version of the email.
Inbox integrations, such as Engage for Gmail, don’t support View Online links.
If the primary tracker domain differs from the tracker domain selected for sending an email, the View Online link uses the primary tracker domain.
The View Online merge field can't be used in the URL section of the link builder. To add the View Online link to an email, select the View Online Merge Field found in the Other category.

Open an email in the Content Editor.
Click Merge Field | Other | View Online.
To test a View Online link, send the email to a test list from the Send tab. The link doesn’t populate when you send it from the Test tab.
