Set Up the Adaptive Web Agent Component
Now that your Salesforce Agent, Data 360, and Enhanced Chat Configuration are in place, you’re ready to implement the Adaptive Web Agent Component (AWAC). This component enables you to pair conversational AI responses with dynamic content zones on your website. By using custom React templates, you can create personalized experiences that display rich content alongside the agent's chat window.
