Types of Salesforce Personalization Analytics
The Salesforce Personalization Intelligence app provides two types of analytics — Personalization pipeline intelligence and Personalization attribution intelligence.

| Pipeline Intelligence | Pipeline intelligence provides insights derived from activity associated with the Personalization request process. Pipeline intelligence analytics give details on how the Personalization app is performing using technical, operational performance metrics associated with inbound and outbound Personalization service requests. These metrics include the number of decision requests, number of personalization points, number of personalization decisions, and number of unique individuals targeted to highlight pipeline performance and health. |
| Attribution Intelligence | Attribution intelligence provides insights on more complex metrics, like how visitor engagement with specific personalization points affect your business. Using preconfigured or custom attribution models, you can see where revenue and product orders can be directly attributed to using a specific personalization point or other personalized content. By identifying which personalized experiences contribute most to business success, you can improve how you provide personalized content to enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce business goals. |
