Tip This feature has access to Digital Wallet, a
free account management tool that offers near real-time consumption data for enabled
products across your active contracts. Access Digital Wallet and start tracking your org's

| Personalization Decision | A personalization decision is responsible for determining who’s eligible to receive a personalization response using optional targeting rules. A decision is also responsible for determining which content to return in a decision response, for example, a set of product recommendations or a banner image. Each personalization point can contain multiple personalization decisions targeted at different sets of individuals. Decisions can be prioritized so that if a person qualifies for more than one, Personalization returns only one decision. |
Depending on your contract, personalization decisions consume Personalization Credits or Flex Credits. If you own MCP+ (AMER), MCP+ (APAC), MCP+ (EMEA), Salesforce Personalization, or Salesforce Personalization Card, decisions consume Personalization Credits. If you own Salesforce Personalization (Flex), MCP+ (AMER Flex), MCP+ (APAC Flex), or MCP+ (EMEA Flex), decisions consume flex credits.
