Configure the Top Sellers Standard Insight for Rule-Based Recommenders
Salesforce Personalization enables you to generate recommendations using controlled business logic. Using a rule-based recommender, you can provide recommendations for top selling, most viewed, co-bought, or co-browsed products, and much more. To rank and sort recommendable content, rule-based recommendations rely on inputs from calculated insights that you add to the item data graph.
We’ve provided some SQL expressions that you can use when creating insights.
- Use the instructions in Create a Calculated Insight Using SQL to create the insight.
- For a top selling configuration, create the insight using the SQL expression in the Product Top Sellers Standard Insight reference.You can also add the sample SQL code provided in the reference to other insights that you plan to use, and add them to an item data graph.
