Install a Personalization Pipeline Intelligence Dashboard
Install the Personalization Pipeline Intelligence dashboard to view pipeline
intelligence personalization metrics. You can install one pipeline intelligence dashboard in a
data space.
Required Editions
User Permissions Needed
To install a Personalization Intelligence dashboard:

Important
Before installing a Personalization Intelligence dashboard, ensure that the data space you
plan to use contains the Daily Personalization Requests and Daily Personalization Uniques
calculated insights. These calculated insights, and any associated queries, are billable events
within Data 360.
From Setup, click Personalization Setup.
Under Personalization Setup Options, click the Foundational
Setup tab.
In the Personalization Pipeline Intelligence Dashboard Setup section, make sure that
CRM Analytics is enabled.
If CRM Analytics isn't enabled, click Enable to open the
Getting Started page in Setup.
Click Enable CRM Analytics.
In the Install the Personalization Pipeline Intelligence Dashboard section, click
Select Data Space.
Select a data space that you want to install the pipeline intelligence dashboard
into.
The data space you select must already have Salesforce Personalization foundational
data deployed.
Click Install.
