To set up offers, use Salesforce Go to turn on Offer Management, which also creates record
types and page layouts for your offer channels. Then, complete these required steps:
Set Up Offer Channels: Create the record types and page layouts needed for each offer
engagement channel, such as email, SMS, push notification, and website, that determines the
fields visible in the offer treatment designer.
Map Offer Treatment Page Layouts to Profiles: Assign the page layout that each user
profile sees for every Offer Treatment record type.
Set Up Data 360, Data Streams, and Data Graphs: Enable Data 360 for your org and assign
the permission sets needed to use it. This step includes three subtasks:
Manage User Access: Assign the Data Cloud Admin Architect permission set to admins.
To use personalization, also assign the Personalization Admin permission set.
Turn On Data 360: Provisions Data 360 for your org. The status updates to confirm
when provisioning is complete.
Install Global Promotions Management Data Kit (Optional): Deploy the data kit to
enable promotions and offers data streams in your Data Cloud data space.
