Set Up Agentforce for Real-Time Offer Management

Admins must set up Einstein Generative AI and Agentforce to enable marketing managers and other users to work with the standard Agentforce topics.

Required Editions

Available in:
  1. Set Up Einstein Generative AI.
  2. Enable Agentforce.
  3. Create the Agentforce (Default) Agent.
  4. Enable Einstein Bots and accept the terms.
  5. Give Users Access to the Agentforce (Default).
  6. In Agent Builder, add these topics to your agent so that it can recognize prompts and run the appropriate actions.
    • Brief Preview
    • Offer Management: Brief Generation
    • Offer Save
    • Promotion With Buy X Rule
    • Promotion With Spend X Rule
  7. Activate the default Agentforce agent.
