Note If you use a third-party consent management platform such as OneTrust, use the External
Pages without a Consent Banner configuration. These platforms aren't supported by Salesforce
and you're responsible for complying with privacy laws and regulations that apply to your

To track visitor activities on your marketing landing pages, install the required integration on the default Marketing Landing Pages site. To protect the privacy of your landing page visitors, collect their consent to track with a custom consent banner that you design in Salesforce CMS. You’re responsible for complying with privacy laws and regulations applicable to your business. - Track Activity on External Sites
Track visitor activities on web pages hosted outside of Salesforce, such as your company website. To protect the privacy of your site visitors, use a consent banner to collect consent to track. You’re responsible for complying with privacy laws and regulations applicable to your business.
