Prospect List Table Views

Marketing, administrator, and sales manager users can change the prospect table view to sort and filter prospects by category.

Required Editions

Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
Active Prospects
Shows prospects that have had at least one activity besides an email send, email open, email bounce, or opportunity.
Active Prospects for Review
Shows active prospects that aren’t assigned to a user in Account Engagement and haven’t been marked as reviewed.
All Prospects
Displays all prospects in your business unit.
Assigned Prospects
Shows all prospects that are assigned to users in your business unit.
Mailable Prospects
Shows all prospects that haven’t opted out or had a hard bounce (or five soft bounces).
Deleted Prospects
Shows prospects in the Recycle Bin.
My Prospects
Shows prospects assigned to you.
My Starred Prospects
Shows all starred prospects that are assigned to you.
Never Active Prospects
Shows prospects that have never been active.
Paused Prospects
Shows prospects with paused activity tracking due to bot-like behavior.
Prospects Not in Salesforce
Shows prospects that aren’t leads or contacts in Salesforce. This view includes prospects with these statuses: crm_deleted, crm_ignore_prospect, crm_merged, and recreate_lead. This view is available in business units with a verified Salesforce connector.
Reviewed Prospects
Shows prospects that have been marked as reviewed
Unassigned Prospects
Shows prospects that aren’t assigned to a user in Account Engagement, including prospects that have been marked as reviewed.
Undeliverable Prospects
Shows prospects that had a hard bounce (or five soft bounces).
Unmailable Prospects
Shows prospects that opted out, are marked as Do Not Mail, or had a hard bounce (or five soft bounces).
Unsubscribed Prospects
Shows prospects that are unmailable because they opted out.
