To send a list email: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role

Before you start, have the assets that you need in place. For example, a recipient list, a suppression list, and an email template.

          1. Create a list email.
            • In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Emails | New List Email.
            • In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Email and then Drafts | + Send New List Email.
          2. In the Basic Email Information window, complete all the fields and then click Save.
          3. Select an email template and click Apply.
          4. On the Building tab, edit and design your email.
          5. On the Testing tab, use the tools available to test and preview your email.
          6. On the Sending tab, configure your send settings.
            1. Select at least one recipient list. If needed, select a suppression list.
            2. Choose a sender. The sender is what shows as the From email address in a prospect’s inbox.
            3. If needed, add completion actions for your email.
            4. Send your email, or schedule it to send on a specific date and time.
