Add Salesforce MCP Server Tools That Map to Agents

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter API Catalog, and then select MCP Servers.
  2. Select the Salesforce tab.
  3. Select the MCP server to add tools to.

You can add the same agent multiple times as a tool. This duplicates the tool information and gives a unique name to each occurrence.
  9. Click Save.
After you save the tools, you can edit or remove them. Removing a tool also removes its edits.
