Pause, Resume, or End a Workflow in Agentforce Supply Chain
Pause a workflow to temporarily stop the workflow from running. Then, resume the paused workflow when you’re ready for it to start running again. Or end a workflow to stop it permanently.

Pause a Workflow
Temporarily stop a workflow from running. During a paused state, users can still view and comment on tasks in the workflow. However, they can't complete tasks or raise a problem.
- In the navigation sidebar, click Home.
- Click the name of the workflow that you want to pause.
- Click Pause.
- Optionally, select whether to notify assignees on in-progress tasks by email of the workflow status change.

Click Pause workflow.
The workflow pauses.
Resume a Paused Workflow
- In the navigation sidebar, click Home.
- Click the name of the workflow that you want to pause.
- In the Stages tab, click Resume.
- Select whether to shift due dates after the pause.
- If needed, enter how many days, weeks, or months later you want tasks to be due.
- Click Resume workflow.
End a Workflow
Permanently stop a workflow from running while preserving its data. If you end a workflow, you restrict any further data processing in the workflow. You can't restart an ended workflow.
- In the navigation sidebar, click Home.
- Click the name of the workflow that you want to end.
- In the Stages tab, click End.
- Optionally, select whether to notify assignees on in-progress tasks by email of the workflow status change.
- Provide a reason for ending the workflow.

Click End workflow.
The workflow ends.
