User Roles and Permissions in Agentforce Supply Chain
Assign specific roles to users that define what they can do in Agentforce Supply Chain. You can use the standard roles, or create custom roles. Set granular access to blueprints and workflows.

Users can be assigned to multiple roles. Internal users can be assigned any standard or custom role. External users can be assigned to only custom roles.
Role assignment controls workspace capabilities. Blueprint-level and workflow-level access is configured separately. To learn more, see Assign Blueprint and Workflow Permissions.
Standard Roles That Come with Agentforce Supply Chain

Create Custom Roles for Blueprint or Workflow Access
Create custom roles to define blueprint or workflow access permissions for users.
With custom roles, you can define specific blueprint or workflow access permissions for users. Unlike standard roles, custom roles are limited to these access permissions and can’t modify other workspace settings.
- In the navigation sidebar, click Admin.
- Click the Roles tab.
- Click +Add role.
- Enter a name for the role.
- If you want users assigned to this role to be able to add users to the workspace, select Allow inviting people to the workspace.

Click Add.
The role is created but doesn't have any permissions set up yet. To add blueprint or workflow permissions to a custom role, set permissions from the blueprint.
Assign Blueprint and Workflow Permissions in Agentforce Supply Chain
Get granular access control by setting permissions for each blueprint and workflow in Agentforce Supply Chain.
- In the navigation sidebar, click Blueprints.
- Open the blueprint for which you want to set blueprint or workflow access.
- Click the Access tab.

To add blueprint permissions:

In the Blueprint access section, click +Grant access.
You can't add access to a published blueprint. Create a new blueprint version and then add access to the new version.
- For People, select the person, team, or role to give permissions to.

For Configure access, select the access permissions.
Blueprint Permissions Permission Permission Description None No access to the draft blueprint. View (Draft blueprint) View but not edit the specified draft blueprint. Edit Make edits to the specified draft blueprint. View (Published blueprint) Open and view the full details of the specified published blueprint. Start workflows Start workflows from the specified published blueprint.

In the Blueprint access section, click +Grant access.

To add workflow permissions:

In the Workflow access section, click + Grant access.
These permissions are for workflows created from the specified blueprint.
- For Grant to, select the person, team, or role to give permissions to.

For Configure access, select the access permissions.
Workflow Permissions Permission Permission Description View View all the details for the specified workflow. Comment Make comments on the tasks and work log items for the specified workflow. Edit Make edits to the specified workflow.
