A smart list view for tasks with the same name appears on your Tasks page when 5 or more of your assigned tasks share the same name. Instead of opening each task individually, you can enter information and complete all matching tasks directly in the list view table. These list views are useful for high-volume, repetitive tasks such as approving a batch of purchase orders or submitting the same data for multiple suppliers.
Smart task list views appear alongside your other task list views. The list view name matches the task name.
