Monitor and manage your existing flows and orchestrations from the Automation Lightning app.

To make this app available to anyone with the permission to see it, select the Enable the Automation App process automation setting in Setup.
- Home Tab of the Automation App
The Home tab includes list views of your most recently modified flows and flows that are configured with errors. Search for flows using a keyword in the flow label or description. Additionally, find direct links to helpful resources. - Flows Tab of the Automation App
The Flows tab includes a number of standard list views or any list views that you create. Search for keywords in flow labels or descriptions. Filter or sort flows by fields like type, progress status, last modified date, last modifying user, and associated record fields. If you have the appropriate permissions, create flows in Flow Builder right from the Flows tab. - Orchestrations Tab of the Automation App
The Orchestrations tab includes a number of standard orchestration list views and any list views that you create. Search for keywords in orchestration labels or descriptions. Filter or sort orchestrations by fields like trigger type, status, or last modified date. View and manage related orchestration runs for a selected orchestration. - Monitoring and Managing Paused and Failed Flow Interviews
Easily track and manage all your failed and paused flow interviews in the Automation Lightning app. The Monitor tab shows all failed and paused flow interviews and why they failed or paused. - Integrations Tab of the Automation App
The Integrations tab includes a list of all the connections for your org. - View and Search Invocable Actions (Beta)
Quickly find standard and custom invocable actions used in Flow Builder. Agentforce Builder, and Prompt Builder by using the Action Hub tab in the Automation Lightning app. Search the list of actions or filter them by action type, and then select an action to review its details and identify where it’s used. - Monitor Flow Performance with Flow Logs
Use the Flow Logs tab in the Automation Lightning app to set up Data 360 and configure flow logging. Then track performance metrics for your enabled flows.
