Add an Approval Work Item List Object Page to an Experience Cloud Site
Internal users can view and manage their assigned work from the Approvals app
or the Approval Work Items list view. Add the Approval work item List object page to your Aura
or LWR site so that credentialed site visitors can see and access their assigned approvals work
items.
Be a member of the site AND an experience admin, publisher, or builder in that
site
To publish an Experience Cloud site:
Be a member of the site
AND
Create and Set Up Experiences
OR
Be a member of the site AND an experience admin or publisher in that site
To run a flow in an Experience Builder site:
Run Flows
In Experience Builder, select Pages | New Page.
Select Object Pages.
In the New Object Pages dialog box, enter approval work item in
the Search box.
Select Approval Work Item, and click
Create.
In the dialog box, click Create.
Select Pages | Approval Work Item List.
Preview and publish your site.
