          Add the Work Guide to a Record Page Layout

          Add the Orchestration Work Guide Lightning App Builder component to the page layouts for record types referenced by approval steps.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions for Flow Approval Processes.
          User Permissions Needed
          To create and save Lightning pages in the Lightning App Builder: Customize Application
          1. To add the component to an existing page layout, on a page for a record type associated with an approval step, click Setup gear icon, and then select Edit Page.
          2. To create a page layout for a record type associated with an approval step, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter App Builder, and then select Lightning App Builder.
            1. Click New
            2. Select Record Page, and then click Next.
            3. Give your record page a label, and then click Next.
              The label can be up to 80 characters.
            4. Select a page template, and click Finish.
          3. Under Components, drag Orchestration Work Guide onto the page layout.
            If this page layout is new, add other components as needed.
          4. Save your work.
          5. If the page layout isn’t activated, the Page Saved window appears and asks if you want to activate the page.

          Activate your flow approval process.
