          Create a Draft Autolaunched Flow Approval Process

          Use a wizard to create a draft autolaunched flow approval process from the Approvals app. Your draft flow can contain up to 3 stages,

          Required Editions

          View supported editions for Flow Approval Processes.
          User Permissions Needed
          To open, edit, or create a flow approval process in Flow Builder: Manage Flow
          1. On the navigation bar, click App Launcher icon.
          2. In the search box, enter approvals, and then select Approvals.
            The Approvals app opens.
          3. In the Approvals app, click Create Flow Approval Process.
            The Get Started with Flow Approval Processes window opens.
          4. From Get Started with Flow Approval Processes, click Use a Wizard.
          5. In the Create Flow Approval Process window, enter a label and an API name for your autolaunched flow approval process.
          6. Under Number of approval levels, select the number of levels for your flow approval process. You can add up to 3 levels with the wizard.
          7. Final actions run after an approval submission is approved or rejected. To add final actions to your flow approval process, under Add final actions, select Yes.
          8. A Recall path runs after someone recalls an approval submission. The path can contain 1 stage and only background steps. To add a recall path to your flow approval process, select Yes.
          9. Click Done.
            The draft autolaunched flow approval process opens in Flow Builder.
          10. Configure the draft autolaunched flow approval process elements and resources.
          11. Save your work.

          After you complete your flow approval process, test it to make sure that it’s working as you expect.

          Add the Orchestration Work Guide component to the record page layout for the object with approvals managed by the flow approval process.

          Activate your flow approval process.

          Add a way for users to submit records for approval by using your flow approval process. See Make Autolaunched Flow Approval Processes Available to Users.
