Make Approval Work Items Accessible to Assigned Approvers
When an orchestration run associated with an approval submission runs an approval step, by default, it emails a notification to the assigned approver, group, or queue and their delegates. Internal users and credentialed Experience Cloud site visitors can complete their assigned work in multiple ways.
- Add an Approval Work Item List Object Page to an Experience Cloud Site
Internal users can view and manage their assigned work from the Approvals app or the Approval Work Items list view. Add the Approval work item List object page to your Aura or LWR site so that credentialed site visitors can see and access their assigned approvals work items. - Add the Work Guide to a Record Page Layout
Add the Orchestration Work Guide Lightning App Builder component to the page layouts for record types referenced by approval steps. - Add the Work Guide to an Experience Cloud Site
Add the Flow Orchestration Work Guide component to the related record page in your Aura and LWR sites for record types referenced by approval steps.
