          Cancel an In-Progress Approval Submission

          Cancel an approval submission from the Approval Submissions list view. You can cancel only in-progress approval submissions.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions for Flow Approval Processes.
          User Permissions Needed
          To cancel an in-progress approval submission: Approval Admin

          Open the Approvals App

          Use the Approvals app to cancel an approval submission.

          1. On the navigation bar, click App Launcher icon.
          2. In the search box, enter approvals, and then select Approvals.
            The Approvals app opens.
          3. On the Home tab, select Manage All Pending Approval Submissions.
          4. To see pending approval submission, from the dropdown list, select Pending Approval Submissions.

          Open the Approval Submissions List View

          Use the Approval Submissions list view to cancel an approval submission.

          1. On the navigation bar, click App Launcher icon.
          2. In the search box, enter approval, and then select Approval Submissions.
          3. To see pending approval submission, from the dropdown list, select Pending Approval Submissions.

          Cancel an Approval Submission

          Cancel an in-progress approval submission.

          1. On the Pending Approval Submissions page, from the dropdown for the relevant approval submission, select Cancel.
          2. If you accidentally tried to cancel an approval submission, clickX to close the window. Otherwise, on the confirmation window, click Next.
