Add the Automation Usage Component to View Flow Approval Process Dependencies
The Approvals app shows the flows that a flow approval process version uses
and the flow versions that use a flow approval process. The Approvals app uses the
default Orchestration Version and Orchestration pages to show this information. If you customized
either page, add the Automation Usage component and save the updated page as your org
default.
To create and save Lightning pages in the Lightning App Builder:
Customize Application
The Approvals app and the Automation app share the Orchestration
Record page and the Orchestration Version Record page. Changes you make to either page affect
both apps.
On the navigation bar, click .
In the search box, enter approvals, and then select
Approvals.
The Approvals app opens.
Select the Manage All Flow Approval Processes tile.
The All Flow Approval Processes list view opens.
Select the page to edit.
To edit the page that shows the flow versions that use a flow approval process, select
the label of a flow approval process.
To edit the page that shows the flows that a flow approval process version uses, select
the label of a flow approval process. Next select the Versions tab,
and then click the name of any flow approval process version.
Click , and then select Edit Page.
Optional. To add the Automation Usage component to a tab, add a tab to an existing Tabs
component.
Select the Tabs component on the page layout.
In the Tabs panel, click Add Tab.
Under Tabs on the Tabs panel, click the last tab.
Click the tab label, enter Usage, and then select
Usage.
Click Done.
Drag the Automation Usage component to the page layout.
To add the component to a tab in a Tabs component, select the tab you want to add the
component to. In the Components list, drag the Automation Usage
component to the area labeled Add Component(s) Here.
To add the component to the page, in the Components list, drag the Automation
Usage component to the page.
Save your changes.
If the Activation: Orchestration Record Page or Activation: Orchestration Version Record
Page window appears, configure the default page.
Select Assign as Org Default.
On the Assign form factor window, select the form factor that you want the org default
page to be available for, and then click Next.
Review the assignment and click Save.
Click the back arrow to exit Lightning App Builder.
