Determine Flow Approval Process Usage in Flow Versions
Flow versions can call a flow approval process from an Action element using the Request
Approval action. View the flow versions that use an autolaunched flow approval process before
making changes to the active flow approval process version.
To view the Manage All Flow Approval Processes tile in the Approvals Lightning
app
Manage Flow
The Used in Flow Versions list shows only flow versions created in your org that use
the selected flow approval process.
On the navigation bar, click .
In the search box, enter approvals, and then select
Approvals.
The Approvals app opens.
Select the Manage All Flow Approval Processes tile.
The All Flow Approval Processes list view opens.
Click a flow approval process label, and then select the Usage
tab.
The tab shows a list of flow versions that use the flow approval process.
