Recall an In-Progress Approval Submission
Recall an approval submission from the Approval Submissions list view. You can recall only in-progress approval submissions.

Open the Approvals App
Use the Approvals app to recall an approval submission.

On the navigation bar, click
.

In the search box, enter approvals, and then select
Approvals.
The Approvals app opens.

On the Home tab, select a tile.
- To recall an approval submission that you made, click the Manage My Approval Submissions tile.
- To recall an approval submission that you didn’t submit, click the Manage All Pending Approval Submissionstile.

To see pending approval submission, from the dropdown list, select Pending
Approval Submissions.
Note The items shown in the list view depend on your access. If you don’t have access to see all pending approval submissions, only pending approval submissions that you made are shown.
Open the Approval Submissions List View
Use the Approval Submissions list view to recall an approval submission.

On the navigation bar, click

- In the search box, enter approval, and then select Approval Submissions.

To see pending approval submission, from the dropdown list, select Pending
Approval Submissions.
Note The items shown in the list view depend on your access. If you don’t have access to see all pending approval submissions, only pending approval submissions that you made are shown.
Recall an Approval Submission
Recall an in-progress approval submission.
- On the Pending Approval Submissions page, from the dropdown for the relevant approval submission, select Recall.
- On the Recall Approval window, click Next.
- Enter comments about why you’re recalling the approval submission, and then click Recall.
