            View All Approval Work Items

            Use approval work item list views to see details about approval work items. Use the quick menu to approve or reject an approval work item without running the associated screen flow.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions for Flow Approval Processes.
            User Permissions Needed
            To view all approval work items: View access is based on sharing settings
            To review an approval work item: Run Flows

            Open the Approvals App

            Use the Approvals app to view all approval work items.

            1. On the navigation bar, click App Launcher icon.
            2. In the search box, enter approvals, and then select Approvals.
              The Approvals app opens.
            3. On the Home tab in the Approvals app, click the Review My Approval Work Items tile.
              The Assigned Approval Work Items list view opens.
            4. To see assigned and completed approval work items, from the dropdown list, select All Approval Work Items.
              Note
              Note The items shown in the list view depend on your access. If you don’t have access to see all approval work items, only approval work items that are currently assigned to you or that you completed are shown.

            Open the Approval Work Items List View

            Use the Approval Work Items list view to view all approval work items.

            1. On the navigation bar, click App Launcher icon.
            2. In the search box, enter approval, and then select Approval Work Items.
            3. To see assigned and completed approval work items, from the dropdown list, select All Approval Work Items.
              Note
              Note The items shown in the list view depend on your access. If you don’t have access to see all approval work items, only approval work items that are currently assigned to you or that you completed are shown.
