To see your assigned approval work items for a specific record, go to the associated
record page. If you have multiple approval work items assigned to you for that record, you can
see them all in the Orchestration Work Guide component. You can sort the approval work item list
by last-modified date or select the item you want to complete first. When you complete an
approval work item, the approval work item list refreshes automatically.
Assigned
approval
work items are shown in the Work Guide on the record page of their associated record.
Go to a record that you have assigned approval work items for.
To sort approval work items in the Work Guide, click and then select how you want to sort your assigned work.
To filter displayed approval work items in the Work Guide, click , and enter the term to search for.
The Word Guide lists only those approval work items with labels that include the
specified search term.
To complete an approval work item in the Work Guide:
In the Work Guide, click for the item you want to complete.
The associated screen flow opens in the Work Guide.
After you’ve finished the screen flow, click Finish.
The approval work item status is set to Completed, and you’re returned to
the refreshed list of approval work items in the Work Guide.
To go back when you select an approval work item that you don’t want to complete, click
, and then click OK.
You return to the list of approval work items in the Work Guide.
