          Considerations

This feature doesn't consume generative AI credits. For more information, see Agentforce and Generative AI Usage and Billing.

Use Agentforce to generate integration automations in real time based on natural language prompts.

          1. Open the Automation app and select the Flows tab.
          2. In the Let Agentforce Help You Build section, click Get Started.
          3. In the Instructions field, enter a natural language prompt that describes the full automation, including specific field mappings and the exact connection name to use.
For example, enter: "When a user creates a ticket in Zendesk, create a case in Salesforce. Set the polling frequency for the trigger to 5 minutes. Map the Zendesk Description field to the Salesforce Case description field, and update the Salesforce custom field Cust_Zendesk_Ticket_Id with the Zendesk ticket ID. Use the my_zendeskconnection for the Zendesk connector."
          4. Click Draft with AI.

Agentforce uses your prompt to generate the flow on the Flow Builder canvas. It automatically determines the flow type, identifies the external systems, maps objects, selects the relevant trigger, and scaffolds the appropriate action.

          5. Review the generated flow in Flow Builder. Check the steps for accuracy, focusing on mandatory field mappings and the logic generated for data type mismatches (for example, String to Number). Configure or change the preferred polling frequency for external system triggers, if applicable.
            Important
            Important

Correct any errors or warnings that appear in the left pane before you proceed. If the flow requires a custom field (for example, Cust_QBO_Customer__c) and that field is missing, Agentforce generates the flow with an error. To resolve this, manually create the required custom field on the relevant Salesforce object.

          6. Test and validate the flow logic.
          7. Save the flow, and then review the suggested Flow Label and provide a value for the API Name.
          8. Activate the flow.

Evolve an Existing MuleSoft for Integration: Integration Flow with Agentforce

Use natural language prompts in the Agentforce side panel to modify, update, or evolve the logic, mappings, or configurations of an existing MuleSoft for Flow: Integration flow in Flow Builder.

          1. Open the flow in Flow Builder.
          2. In the Agentforce side panel, enter a prompt that describes the update, such as a change to logic, mappings, or configurations.

          Summarize a Flow with Agentforce

Use Agentforce to summarize new and existing MuleSoft for Flow: Integration flows in Flow Builder. Generate summaries of varying lengths to understand the logic and purpose of your integration flows. Add the summary to the flow description so that anyone can understand how the flow works.

Agentforce creates three types of summaries:

          • Short: Provides a brief description of what the flow does in one or two sentences and includes references to subflows.
          • Standard: Provides a high-level overview of the flow, including information about modified objects and subflows.
          • Longer: Describes all flow steps and includes input and output variables, the objects that the flow changes, and any subflows. This type is the default.
          1. Open the flow in Flow Builder.
          2. In the Agentforce side panel, click Summarize Flow.
If the Agentforce side panel isn't visible, click Agentforce in the menu bar.
          3. To change the length of the generated summary, click Make Shorter or Make Longer. Agentforce generates a Longer flow summary by default.
          4. (Optional) Add the summary to a flow description:
            1. To replace an empty description, click Add to Description.
            2. To update an existing description, click Copy under the summary, and then click Edit. Paste the summary into the Description field and save your changes.
            3. Click Done.
