To view, save, and activate an automation event-triggered flow with a Salesforce-provided trigger: Each event type has it's own permission requirements. See Event Library.
          1. Open the Flows list view.
            • From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            • From the Automation app, select the Flows tab.
            • From the Flows tab in any Lightning app, click the actions menu and select Open Flow.
          2. Create an automation event-triggered flow.
            1. From the Automation app or the Flows tab, click New. Search for and select Automation Event-Triggered Flow.
            2. From Setup, click New Flow. Search for and select Automation Event-Triggered Flow.
The Configure automation properties panel opens.
          3. Select a data space.
          4. Optionally, select a data graph. To use vector search data actions, don’t select a data graph.
          5. Click Next.
          6. In the Start node, click Select Event.
          7. From the Event Library, select the event that triggers the flow.
            1. If you're using real-time data actions, select the Custom Real-Time Data Graph Event.
              Note
Note When you select a calculated insight as the trigger object, resource pickers in other flow elements don't show resources related to that calculated insight.
            2. To trigger when a file is attached to a record, select File Attach and then select an available event.
              Note
Note Custom objects are not supported when using File Attach as an event that triggers the flow.
            3. To use a vector search data action that triggers when a new record is indexed in Data 360, select an event based on a search index and configure the search parameters.
          8. Configure the event.
          9. Configure the rest of the flow.
          10. Save the flow.

Thoroughly test your flow before activating it.

If this flow uses a vector search data action, a vector search data action and a data action target is created in Data 360 after the flow is activated.
